Job Title: Industrial Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking skilled industrial electricians to work on various projects across Hampton Roads. These projects include the Nansemond Water Treatment Plant, HRSD, Municipals, and Smithfield Foods.
Responsibilities
Work with up to 4-inch pipe.
Handle Rigid conduit, aluminum, and PVC coated pipe.
Bend pipes independently.
Essential Skills
Experience with industrial projects.
Proficiency in working with Rigid conduit, aluminum pipe, and PVC pipe.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with water treatment plants.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Licensed preferred but not required.
Must have at least 5 years of experience.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with 8-10 hour days. Overtime is encouraged. Start times depend on the job site, with some starting at 6am and others at 7am. The work is conducted outdoors. PPE is required, including steel-toed boots, a safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, and a hard hat. Candidates must have their own tools, including benders.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portsmouth, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00
