Job Summary

Helps maintain a Microsoft Access database. Knowledgeable to independently pull information from SPIDER, NDE, and RMMCO databases to support pre-planning NIWC C4I alterations for ship efforts. Compiles all files and maturity items need for RMMCO submission. Submits all RMMCO forms for NIWC installs on the East coast and some outline areas. Tracks all changes in RMMCO forms and updates information in Access Database.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for generation of all RMMCO packages for RMMCO check-in and RMMCO electronic check- in/check-out prescreening. Makes the AIT RMMCO package consisting of 8-10 files per each RMMCO submission. (ILS certifications, Ships Change Document (SCD), Authorization, MBPS file, POA&M, etc.) Tracks ILS cert’s and SCD approvals in NDE, updating AP database from a SPIDER pull, and validation reports as related to NIWC C4I pre-planning efforts. Independently researches SOVT’s in SPIDER and pulls down SOVT’s into installation package folders. Tracks maturity issues and massage traffic for all thing related to the NIWIC ships install. Develops and prints the RMMCO binder for delivery to ships OSIC as required. Makes CD backup of all NIWC installs for the RMMCO binders. Responsible for pulling AIT RMMCO package ILS certifications, generating and tracking MOAs, Track SCD approvals in NDE, updating AP database from a SPIDER pull, and validation reports as related to NIWC C4I pre-planning efforts. Helps in the generation of the RMMCO package for RMMCO check-in. Independently researches Ship Alts, Field Change, Engineering Change, and Software Delivery status from NDE, SPIDER, and RMMCO databases to support NIWC C4I Alteration pre-planning efforts for ships.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Eight years experience required. Database Management, Familiar with SPIDER, NDE, ILS, MOAs, RMMCO.
