What you’ll do:

• To implement methods to achieve better utilisation of manpower and machinery

• To specify equipment and tooling to enable quality product to be productively achieved / improved

• To identify, justify and recommend purchase of capital equipment.

• Lead cost reduction programmes through the championing of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. TPM, OEE, SMED, Value Stream Mapping etc).

• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation is available for manufacture of products

Who you are:

•Willing to work towards HND and Degree in Mechanical Engineering

•Demonstrate a fundamental of Engineer comprehension with industry experience
