Kuehne+Nagel Cloud IT Learning and Events Coordinator (m/w/d) in Porto, Portugal

Your Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive learning events coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in scheduling a calendar of learning resources and events for our Information Technology (IT) colleagues based on cloud technology. The Learning & Events coordinator will be responsible for scheduling workshops, planning webinars, and curating an engaging calendar of interactive learning events.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality communications to inform colleagues about training opportunities and respond to queries.

  • Coordinate webinars, workshops, training events, and interactive activities.

  • Plan a long-term training calendar for a large audience of IT colleagues.

  • Conduct in-person, online, and hybrid training events.

  • Work with stakeholders, department heads and external providers to align training with goals and fulfill training needs.

  • Oversee and maintain the LMS, Excel Dashboard, and SharePoint for training management.

  • Use feedback for continuous improvement and stay informed on IT industry trends.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, public relations, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR/learning coordinator, community management, event coordinating, or in a similar role within the IT industry.

  • Proficiency in English (B2 or above).

  • Knowledge of IT concepts and cloud technology a plus.

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel, SharePoint, Acrobat, and the Microsoft 365.

  • Strong organizational, project management skills, managing budgets and tracking expenses

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in planning and moderating internal organizational events and comfort with public speaking and moderation opportunities.
