Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant in Portland, Tennessee. The role focuses on integrating Salesforce with other systems, developing new roadmaps for future development and working closely with our accounting and sales stakeholders. This position is a sole contributor role, not leading teams but rather focusing on the enhancement of our ERP Marketing Automation and Dashboard.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Develop and implement new roadmaps for future development, ensuring that our systems are always at the forefront of the industry

• Collaborate with stakeholders in the accounting and sales departments, understanding their needs and translating them into system improvements

• Utilize skills in Apex Classes, Apex Coding, Apex Triggers, and Apex Visualforce to enhance our Salesforce environment

• Implement and manage our Salesforce Marketing Cloud, driving forward our marketing efforts

• Create and manage dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau to provide insightful data visuals

• Perform AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of our systems and make necessary adjustments

• Manage configuration and data loading tasks within Salesforce

• Utilize Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) to improve sales processes

• Handle Salesforce Administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce environment. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP/CRM consultancy, with a focus on Salesforce products and environments.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Apex Classes, Apex Coding, Apex Triggers, and Apex Visualforce.

• Familiarity with Assertion Markup Language and AB Testing techniques.

• Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents.

• Proficiency in Configuration Management and creating Dashboards.

• Experience in Data Loading and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud.

• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration.

• Ability to work in various Salesforce Environments and perform Salesforce Integration.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Integration Cloud and Salesforce Marketing.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
