The Transportation Manager position will perform the following duties:

Manages all aspects of the transportation function in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, including selection of qualified drivers, routing, driving, safety, unloading, fleet maintenance, customer/driver relationships, and Department of Transportation (DOT) and Operating Company (OpCo) compliance. Includes involvement with the driver selection and orientation process, handling employee relations issues including disciplinary action, monitoring DOT and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) compliance, managing Transportation Supervisors and monitoring the routing process to ensure customer satisfaction. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.

Required Experience: Transportation experience including in-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and experience with operations of computerized fleet management systems. Team lead or supervisory experience.

$95,000-110,000 annual salary with a 30% bonus potential
