WorkSource Oregon Marketing Manager in Portland, Oregon

Description Hennebery Eddy Architects has an established brand and an increasing regional and national presence. We\'re growing our marketing team to support our diverse market sectors. In this role, you\'ll interface with the marketing team, administrative team, and staff at every level of the firm and in multiple office locations. We are looking for someone who is strategic and detail-focused, highly collaborative, and consistently works to support the Hennebery Eddy team and brand. This full-time position requires working in-person in our Portland, Oregon studio with the potential for hybrid work after onboarding. Typical Responsibilities Establish tactics to implement the firm\'s overall marketing strategy and plan across market sectors and services. Research market potential to determine trends and firm differentiators. Support market leaders and business development team in tracking leads and opportunities and assigning tasks. Manage preparation of proposals and other marketing collateral, rough draft through final layout and production, including mentoring and coordination with internal design staff, coordinators, and partner and subconsultant firms. Support interview and presentation preparation with messaging, coaching, and print and electronic graphics. Work with marketing, administrative, and design staff on developing and updating database content, including boilerplate, opportunity, project, and personnel records. Manage and communicate Hennebery Eddy\'s graphic standards and brand identity in all materials. Coordinate internally and externally for consistency in graphic representation. Coordinate public relations activities with our internal communications group, including PR Manager and Marketing & Communications Assistant. Be actively involved in professional and community organizations; represent the firm to clients, peer organizations, and business associates.
