Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Job Description

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the front line of customer service for current and prospective residents. You will work with the Community Manager for the resident relations initiative. This role also involves performing various administrative duties.

Daily Duties:

  • Provide customer service to current and prospective residents

  • Lease apartments to prospective residents, including initial meetings, tours, screening applications, scheduling, and monitoring move-ins and move-outs

  • Administer work orders and turnovers

  • Maintain organization of office, lobby, and clubhouse

  • Use Microsoft Office Suites to enter data, create documents, and schedule appointments

  • Enter database information

  • Create presentations

  • Update company website and social media sites with online advertising

  • Stay current on market conditions and understand how own property compares to competition

  • Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and other applicable laws

  • Manage own time by prioritizing tasks and schedule

  • Meet leasing quotas

  • Maintain confidential information

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Portland/Beaverton/Tigard, Oregon.

Work Environment

Training at other facilities in NW Portland before working in either SW Portland, Beaverton, or Tigard area. Working in an office setting and walking around facilities to provide tours. The schedule could be Monday-Friday or a variation of one weekend day a week (e.g., Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday).
