Comscore Data Center Lead in Portland, Oregon

Collects and inputs domestic theater and studio related data. Identifies and utilizes various methods of reporting to complete data.

Key Activities:

  • Trained at and performs 6 job functions in the Data Center with minimal errors.

  • Assisting the Manager in the process of contacting theatres for missing grosses.

  • Proactively research, collect and input new release movie title and release information into BOE’s production database for publication to customers prior to release date (daily).

  • React to immediate title setup requests.

  • Completes special projects as assigned.

  • Assisting to manage and lead a team of 30+ call center associates.

  • Helping to develop and deploy training programs emphasizing 100% data accuracy.

  • Assisting in solving issues internally and/or referring issues to the appropriate management personnel.

  • Servicing end-user and Los Angeles office needs.

  • This is a full-time position. Shift start time will be between 4pm and 7pm PT.

  • Compensation: $20.00 Hourly

Core Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training

  • Ability to give direction to employees and assist with issues as they arise

  • Ability to make quick decisions and judgements

  • Ability to prepare and send required reports

  • Ability to train other Data Center Associates
