Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Software Developer to join our retail sportswear client. This person will need to have experience with different D365 implementations, specifically within an enterprise environment or retail organization. They will be focused on the retail modules supporting applications like Commerce SDK, Warehouse Management Systems, and AX for Retail. This person will also need to have used tools within LCS to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on F&O and retail-specific ERP modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Customize and configure Dynamics 365 F&O applications to meet the unique needs of retail operations.

Integrate F&O systems with Dynamics 365 ERP to ensure seamless data flow and real-time updates.

Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support retail business intelligence.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O-related issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 and retail industry trends and best practices.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a focus on F&O and retail-specific ERP solutions.

Strong understanding of retail business processes and operations.

Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 F&O applications.

Experience with integrating F&O systems with other ERP solutions.

Knowledge of programming languages such as X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. null
