Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
This person will own, develop, and direct all activities vital to completing profitable, timely projects.
Responsibilities include:
Writing subcontracts for Electrical, Mechanical, and Architectural (Drywall and Framing) subcontractors
Creating invoices using any invoicing software to bill owners
Conceptualizing budgets for projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million
Estimating using Excel in collaboration with the estimating team (process Change Orders and review the estimating team's work)
Managing project schedules alongside the superintendent
Overseeing budget management

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in PORTLAND, Oregon.
Work Environment
Medium size, non-union General Contractor with a family feel. Progressive and dynamic team environment.
Will start on the first project partnered with a Project Manager with 4-5 years of experience, who is in the middle of a current project.
