The Senior Analyst for LIFT\'s paratransit Service Delivery team is the key player in planning and supporting projects associated with LIFT\'s capital, service planning and policy development programs. You will lead research on innovative and promising practices in paratransit, conduct field investigations, and conduct technical analysis as we build the best paratransit program in the country. You will work closely with fixed route service planning team and participate in major planning studies and projects. As a member of the LIFT management team, you will be leading initiatives and building the future of this program. The Senior LIFT Analyst will administer LIFT (Paratransit) service contracts, providing support, oversight and backup for the Manager, LIFT Service Delivery. Provide planning and project support associated with LIFT\'s capital and service planning and policy development programs. Conduct research, field investigation, documentation and technical analysis. Lead public outreach and communications with various stakeholders, including special attention to traditionally under-served populations. Provide coordination between LIFT and Service Planning and Policy and participate in major planning studies and projects. Understand and reflect in all planning and conceptual design efforts the safety and operational needs of LIFT services. Monitor Key Performance Indicators of contractors to ensure compliance with strategic objectives. Oversee and facilitate collaborative processes working with contractors to develop operating procedures and solutions to service issues. Requirements: Knowledge and skillset to analyze and evaluate economic data. Knowledge and skillset to analyze and interpret data and budgets. Knowledge and skillset to analyze statistical data. This position requires four (4) days per week onsite. Ensure a commitment to safety through effective leadership, role modeling and implementing practices that demonstrate safety is a fundamental value and a priority in all aspects of work.
