Job Description

An insurance client is looking for an Actuary Manager to join their Employee Benefits Actuarial Modeling and Projections team. This person will be leading the GGY AXIS modeling team, focused around reporting, modeling, and assumptive change governance. There will be some support within data warehousing and automation as well, with Databricks and Dataiku. Looking for someone with senior level experience developing and analyzing ALM, Cash Flow Testing, Economic Capital, etc. Must be able to communicate their projections and results to management and influence strategic financial decisions.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, or related field

• 6+ years within the Actuarial field

• FSA designation

• GGY Axis, Python and/or SQL

• Strong communication and management experience - Databricks / Dataiku experience

• Employee Benefits and/or Individual Disability product experience

• PowerBI experience null
