Description

• Drafting and reviewing software licensing and data privacy agreements, specifically SaaS agreements.

• Handling referral and resale agreements, including recontracting and drafting new agreements.

• Utilizing knowledge of reseller agreements for the benefit of the company.

• Applying skills in Contract Management and Subcontract Management to ensure all contracts meet the company's standards.

• Utilizing expertise in Licensing Agreements and Service Agreements to protect the company's interests.

• Handling Sale Agreements and Software License Agreements with accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensuring all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Collaborating with other team members to address and resolve any issues that may arise in the contract process.

• Keeping up-to-date with changes in law and regulations that may affect the company's contracts.

• Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documents

Requirements

• Possess expertise in Contract Management and Subcontract Management

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing Licensing Agreements

• Experience with SAAS (Software As A Service) is required

• Demonstrated ability in handling Service Agreements and Sale Agreements

• Familiarity with Software License Agreements is essential

• Must have the ability to interpret, analyze, and draft complex legal documents

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

• Prior experience as a Contracts Attorney is preferred.
