Opportunities Available

The Medical Affairs Intern is responsible for creating clear, accurate, and compliant documentation related to a variety of clinical activities. Their primary role involves translating complex scientific and technical information into accessible content for various audiences, including marketing, sales, and/or regulatory bodies. The person will work closely with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Marketing) ensuring successful preparation of high-quality clinical documents such as clinical evaluation documents, clinical study documents, post market clinical follow-up documents, and/or marketing promotional material.

Seeking the following majors: Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Science Based Majors

What You Need ​​

• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer.​

• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; must be the case at the date of hire and will be verified during background check in the spring​

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.​

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ​

• Strong interpersonal skills.​

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and proven leadership and business acumen skills. ​

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. ​

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. ​

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.​

• Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint​
