Description

Robert Half is seeking an organized and driven Full Charge Bookkeeper, with extensive experience using QuickBooks for a reputable company based in Port Orchard, WA. This is a temporary contract role where the Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties, ensuring the company's daily accounting functions are accurate and effective.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining the full set of company's financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.

Prepare budgets and financial reports.

Process payroll in a timely manner.

Use QuickBooks for all accounting and financial tasks.

Oversee and manage the general ledger.

Coordinate and complete annual audits.

Requirements

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.

Extensive experience and proficiency with QuickBooks is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

High degree of accuracy and professionalism.
