Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to work with our Senior Plumbing Project Manager, this individual will be responsible for setting up and tracking project documents; such as, submittals and schedules, and reviewing project specifications for project compliance, along with working with both internal and external team members to ensure project success.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare project submittals based on plans and specifications.

• Work with the transfer of the project from Preconstruction to the Operations Team; including review of scope, schedule, estimated hours per trade and project requirements.

• Prepare, submit, track and revise project documentation to customers, general contractors and engineering firms.

• Prepare project tracking documentation for project operations team.

• Assist project team with tracking of project performance based on cost and scope completed.

• Review, submit and track project closeout documentation.
