Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - 2nd Shift
Job Description
Join our dynamic maintenance group as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of industrial production machinery. This includes performing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on automated machinery such as nonperforming machines, waterjets, conveyors, and stamping cells.
Responsibilities
Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to down machine calls.
Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
Repair and rebuild hydraulic pumps, cylinders/rams, and lines.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues independently or through robotic teach points.
Essential Skills
4+ years of recent experience in machine repair.
Proficiency in hydraulic repair and rebuilding.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues independently.
Capability to work 10+ hour shifts and weekends.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in stamping or injection molding.
Welding skills.
Tooling experience.

Work Environment
Our manufacturing facility operates three shifts and maintains a balanced workload across all shifts. You will work in a setting with 10-12 stamping cells, each with roughly six presses, requiring frequent hydraulic and mechanical repairs. Expect to work 6-7 days a week initially, with reduced weekends once the new plant is fully operational. The dress code includes jeans or work pants, work shirts provided by the company, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses.
