Job Title: Server Company: The Brick House

The Brick House is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as servers! If you enjoy a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, providing menu recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any concerns.
• Handle payments, operate the cash register, and process transactions.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server is preferred but not required---willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
