North Point Educational Service Center is seeking an Intervention Specialist for their Bataan Intermediate School location.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

1. Developing individualized intervention plans for students requiring additional support.
2. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive support system.
3. Monitoring and tracking student progress to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
4. Providing direct support to students in academic and behavioral areas.
5. Implementing strategies to promote positive behavior and academic success.
6. Adapting interventions based on student progress and needs.
7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of interventions and student outcomes.
8. Participating in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
9. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
10. Demonstrating compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
