Job Title: Dishwasher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, with a focus on washing and storing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand

2. Ensure all kitchen areas, including the dish station, are kept clean and organized

3. Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

4. Dispose of garbage and recyclable materials

5. Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors

6. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils

7. Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed

8. Adhere to all health and safety regulations

9. Report any broken or damaged kitchen equipment to management

10. Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with all kitchen and restaurant staff
