Job/Position DescriptionJob Description:The Community Partner Program District Supervisor reports to the Community Partner Program (CPP) Regional Operations Manager within Access and Eligibilityand#146;s Community Access Division. The Community Partner Program (CPP) is a statewide network of governmental, faith-and community-based organizations (community partners) contracted, trained, and supported to provide assistance to individuals receiving or applying for public assistance benefits.The CPP District Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the work of regional teams and establishing the teamsand#146; goals and objectives in collaboration with the Regional Operations Manager. Approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals; oversees program activities; guides the development and implementation of program, and monitors compliance with policies and procedures. The CPP District Supervisor will oversee the CPPand#146;s regional partnership recruitment, onboarding, training and technical assistance as well as partner retention. Leads the planning and coordination of meetings to provide programmatic updates and training. Assists with the coordination of CPP Forums.The successful candidate will demonstrate experience working in environments that emphasize innovation through new ideas, team building, and continuous improvement. The CPP District Supervisor performs complex administrative and supervisory program work and works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This position requires knowledge of Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) programs - Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) services, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The position also requires work outside of regular hours and travel 70-80% of the time. Essential Job FunctionsAttends work on a regular and predictable schedule in accordance with agency leave policy, and willing to utilize personal vehicle to travel at 70-80% of the time.EJF (35%) and#150; Staff Oversight and Supervision Assists Regional Operations Manager in providing ongoing supervision of staff that includes, but not limited to developing performance standards; providing performance evaluations; counseling; approving leave requests; providing training and staff development; providing guidance in handling difficult or complex program-related problems and challenges; making hiring decisions as well as recommendations for termination.Guides the planning and prioritizing of the work of others in order to ensure adequate staff coverage to meet program goals and objectives.Reports capacity and demand of resources and balances resources according to program priorities.EJF: (35%) and#150; Program Administration, Monitoring, Evaluation, Quality Assurance, ReportingOversees the local implementation of the CPP strategic plan and program priorities in the regions.Works with team to assure implementation and attainment of program goals and objectives.Assists with the overall assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, organization, and evaluation of Regional activities to promote effective program administration and service delivery.Provides updates on regional team activities, accomplishments, and challenges.Conducts assessment of governmental, faith-and community-based organizations within assigned region (County/Counties).
