EquipmentShare Contract Compliance Coordinator in Port Arthur, Texas

EquipmentShare is Hiring a Contract Compliance Coordinator

EquipmentShare is searching for a Contract Compliance Coordinator for our offices in Port Arthur, TX to support our team as the department continues to grow. This position will assist the contract team by completing necessary rental documents in a timely manner and fact-check for compliance purposes. May be asked to assist with other duties as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Invoice review and submittal to vendors

  • Verify all applicable charges on file

  • Upload supporting documentation into contract storage system

  • Verify contract compliance

  • Monthly and quarterly reporting as needed

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience (equipment sales experience is a plus)

  • You’re a great listener and care about solving your customer’s problems

  • You’re energized by building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout every step of the rental process

  • You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services

    Education and Experience:

  • High School degree or GED preferred.
