Your Role and Impact
As a Clinic Registration Representative I, you'll be essential in:
- Providing Excellent Service: Greet patients and visitors with compassion and empathy, embodying OMC's C.A.R.E. standards.
- Managing Registration: Collect and accurately enter patient demographic data into EHR, explain OMC/OMP policies, and collect copayments and payments in accordance with financial policies.
- Facilitating Smooth Operations: Maintain a smooth flow of patients through the registration process, keep waiting patients informed of delays, and collaborate effectively with Central Access and Clinic Back Office staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Preferred experience in customer service or hospitality; knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
