This is a professional position working directly with young parents to assess needs and provide parenting and child development education, and recruit and train mentors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• At Least 1 year experience in Social Services or related field
• Excellent time management skills - must be able to multi-task and balance competing priorities
• Ability to Maintain excellent organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• In office position with required travel
