Job Summary
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in both a restaurant and event setting? The Crossvines Restaurant and Event Space is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and ensure flawless operations across all facets of the business. From hosting memorable events to curating an inviting dining experience, this role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a thriving culinary and event venue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team dedicated to providing outstanding service in both dining and event settings
Collaborate with the Chef to design menus that excite and exceed expectations
Oversee all financial aspects of the operation, including P&L, budgeting, and cost control
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, and internal teams
Implement new culinary programs to keep the offerings fresh and innovative
Ensure all events are executed seamlessly, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts preferred
3-5 years of experience managing high-volume restaurant and event operations
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs
Proven track record of elevating guest experiences
