Position Purpose The PSSR is responsible for keeping track of inventory, receiving, and selling parts.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Handles inbound parts inquiries for customers.
• Research and places parts orders from JCB and various vendors
• Direct ships parts to customers where appropriate
• Handles all customer inquiries in an efficient and responsive manner.
• Maintains parts inventory.
• Researches and advises technicians of parts and orders.
• Initiates sales calls to existing customers to replenish inventory.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills - ability to think outside the box
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills
• Excellent oral and written communication with an emphasis on phone skills
• Ability to take direction well and work with minimal supervision
