  Job Description:

  Join our team for the 2024 season at Asphalt Specialists, LLC., where a legacy of over 30 years in delivering exceptional asphalt services is fueled by the dedication of our outstanding employees. Our success is thanks to the loyalty and commitment of our employees which have led us to be recognized as one of the premier asphalt companies in southeast Michigan. We are now accepting applications for Screw Man with experience to perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. The person will work with a paving crew laying asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, etc. Must have reliable transportation. This is a seasonal job.

  Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience as a screed operator.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.

• Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.

• Work with Paver Operator to maintain consistent head of material and adjust as needed.

• Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.

• Willing to work overtime.

• Always follow the dress code and proper use of PPE.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team to efficiently complete jobs to the highest customer satisfaction.
