ManpowerGroup Agile Coach in Pontiac, Michigan

Job title: Agile Coach

Location: Pontiac, MI (hybrid 2 days/week onsite)

Duration: Ongoing (W2 contract with benefits)

What's the role?

The Agile Coach is responsible for guiding the implementation of Agile methodologies across the IT organization. This will include analyzing existing processes, tools, and technology to design a strategy, plan, and timeline for adopting agile best practices across the entire application and client services department portfolio.

The Coach will guide teams through the transition, conduct training and lead workshops for agile team members and stakeholders, helping teams stay on track with agile techniques and fine-tuning their approach.

The Agile Coach will promote a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals, tracking milestones, measuring progress and championing an agile mindset with adherence to industry best practices across the organization.

Required:

  • Must have a proven track record in an Agile Coach role, implementing an Agile transformation for an entire organization

  • Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills

Environment: Azure DevOps, Clarity, Microsoft 365 Services, as well as familiarity with common ITSM software, Kanban tools, CI/CD frameworks, and automated testing frameworks.
