Identify and address potential accounting issues proactively, preventing financial losses and mitigating risks.

Supervise accounting functions assisting staff members in preparation of monthly reportsSupervise in preparation of indirect and withhold taxes and work papers

Performing with team the accounting reconciliations of general ledger resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with accounting company policies and procedures, minimizing risk and ensuring financial accuracy.Identify and address potential accounting issues proactively, preventing financial losses and mitigating risks.

Supervise and ensure proper functioning of all inventory controls

Prepared comprehensive supporting documents and analysis for annual audits

Support a culture of life-long learning and provide learning opportunities for employees

Decide on suitable develoment measures for employees, document participation and evaluate effectiviness

Perform annual face-to-face employee dialogues to discuss performance, potential and development of employees provide effective feedback
