What you’ll do:

Coordinate with Legal, finance, Tax, Insurance & cross functional team to complete the Tender/RFP/RFQ requirements on time to support sales.

Handling all types of customer related document like

1. Manufacturing Authorization form (MAF)

2. Non- Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

3. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

4. Vendor Registration

5. Code of Conduct

6. Tender Documents

7. Purchase order T&C

Coordinate with cross functional team and support timely to submit the tender requirements.

Ensure the Bid is validated by leadership

Co-ordinate with Cross functional team to get the input for the above document

Co-ordinate with Sales ensure to meet the customer requirement to win the order.

Factory related document should be handled and share the sales whenever required

Single point conduct for the customer related document.

Check with Legal team on the deviation points and then only we have to sign the document.

Co-ordinate with the Company secretary on the open legal points to get the deviation approval

Upload the Signed/Non signed document within 4 weeks in the CLM tool.

Followup with the sales to get the countersigned agreeemnt and upload in CLM along with the exceptional approval if any.

Focus on process improvement and simplification.

Qualifications:

· BE/BTech in any discipline

· 7+ years in Sales Operation/ Pre sale support/ Tender Management

Skills:

· Excellent customer relationship

· Good interpersonal skills, planning and analytical ability

· Highly ethical and works with a diverse team

· Knowledge of SAP desirable

· Knowledge and understanding of products

· You have a customer - centric and result oriented mindset
