We are seeking a skilled Collision Painter to join our team. As a Collision Painter, you will be responsible for refinishing vehicles to restore them to their original condition following repairs. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive vehicles with a flawless finish, meeting high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform paint mixing and matching to ensure correct color application.
• Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure even coverage and smooth finishing.
• Blend and polish paint to match surrounding areas.
• Inspect painted vehicles for quality and completeness.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Collision Painter or similar role in an automotive repair shop or similar environment.
• Proficiency in mixing and applying automotive paints.
• Solid understanding of paint application techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects.
• Certification or training in collision repair and refinishing is preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of different paint systems (water-based, solvent-based).
• Familiarity with computerized paint mixing systems.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
