Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Manufacturing Engineering:
The candidate is involved in the industrialization activities of component manufacturing processes. The candidate will take responsibility of the assigned hardware, developing the manufacturing plan and/or optimizing the existing one to achieve the required targets in terms of process feasibility and robustness, product quality, product cost and capacity sustainment. The candidate will also analyze quality KPI for the improvement plan of the assigned P/N.
Quality Engineering:
The candidate monitors production processes from a quality standpoint to recognize improvement opportunities, and work with stakeholders to identify and implement effective Corrective/Preventiveaction plans and promotes the awareness and compliance to the Avio Aero and/or specific Customer requirements. The candidate monitors the quality indicators for the overall process, collect and analyze quality data and take part to the definition and following implementation and monitoring of improvement plans together with Manufacturing Engineer.
Material Planning:
The candidate coordinates and expedites the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plans and schedules material/production needs. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technicaltasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Mechanical Design Engineering:
We are looking for a talented engineer who will join our Engineering team. In this role you will contribute to the mechanical design of components and their technology maturation vehicles, with the aim of supporting product evolution and design activities up to certification.
Qualifications/Requirements
Technical diploma with relevant work experience or Bachelor's Degree.
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
Good Italian and English knowledge aligned with the role requirements
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
