Mission Lawn and Landscape, a locally owned, fast-growing landscape and lawn maintenance company, is seeking a Full Time Mowing Crew Member. Must be old enough to legally operate equipment and have a valid drivers license. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and frequently bend and kneel. Must possess excellent customer service and communications skills and follow instructions. Must be detail oriented. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Mow crew members are responsible for mowing and trimming lawns and providing spring and fall clean ups for our customers yards. Working with a Mowing Crew Lead you service a list of customer properties weekly. You mow lawns while balancing efficiency of time with quality to assure you accomplish our weeks work in a timely manner while making the properties look great. The mow crew lead operates the mow truck to transport you and the equipment to properties. You assist in fueling and maintaining equipment. We provide snow removal services in the winter. Snow Removal work paid at an additional $5/hr.
