In this role, you have the opportunity to be responsible for achieving field sales objectives through servicing current customers and identifying and securing new customers. This is a very complex, process oriented, high level sales position that requires passion and enthusiasm.

You are responsible for:

• Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization for medical equipment

• Ensuring continuity of the relationship with the accounts (hospitals, medical institutions)

• Identify opportunities for your customers within dedicated portfolio

• Conducting sales presentations for new and existing customers

• Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies for assigned products

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• University degree of Life Sciences. Medical educational background would be an asset

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical equipment , device sales, disposable sales – cardiology and/or ultrasound products

• Professional knowledge and experience in the usage of relevant marketing and sales techniques

• Fluent in English and Polish language, verbally and in writing

• Excellent independent negotiation skills, performed within given guidelines and sales plan

• Excellent analytical, training, and motivational skills

• Knowledge of polish tender environment in a health care.

• High level of business acumen

• Readiness for intensive traveling
