CBRE is in the seek for a Procurement Manager (Facilities Services)

Responsibilities:

• Manage teams for initiatives related to supplier evaluation survey, shared services center, user trainings, policy implementation and process updates.

• Ensure supplier quality, necessary certifications and service levels

• Contribute to the execution of effective sourcing, procurement and compliance strategies in the country.

• Provide prompt information and support to other stakeholders throughout the organization

• Coordinate with local and regional FM teams. (if applicable)

• Support the achievement of savings through the application of strategic sourcing principles.

• Supervise local market research, local and regional FM teams

Requirements:

• Graduate in Economic-Administrative careers

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position at the LATAM regional level

• Bilingual (Spanish-English)

• Experience in Operations, Purchasing specifically for Facilities
