Description

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our client's accounting department with clerical tasks such as maintaining records, recording transactions, and creating financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Help prepare budgets, financial reports, and tax returns.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing money transactions.

• Assist with year-end preparation and procedures.

• Support other accounting staff.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or relevant role.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.

• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
