SUMMARY To supervise restaurant associates and assist associates by performing the following duties ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. ? Supervise and evaluate performance of restaurant associates. ? Assist in the training and development of associates. ? Assist associates in the performance of their duties. ? Provide information to the Restaurant Asst. Managers and Manager concerning outlet needs. ? Maintain PCH Hotels and Resorts service standards. ? Talk with guests concerning special needs or complaints. ? Complete end of shift paperwork. ? Regular and prompt attendance as well as the ability to work the schedule as defined and overtime as required. ? Any problems punching in or out must be reported to your supervisor immediately. OTHER Performs related duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises up to 20 + employees in the Restaurant/Lounge/Room Service. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
