Job Title: Cook

Job Description

Prepares food for 3,000 students on a daily basis. Cleans kitchen after prep and serving. Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe handling food procedures. Assists in ordering and receiving of food supplies. Maintains great relationships with coworkers and the student body.

Hard Skills

• Prior culinary experience preferred but not required (2 years exp. for $19-20)

• Line cooking is a bonus

Soft Skills

• Reliability

• Customer service: constantly interacting with students and faculty

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 520 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Plymouth, New Hampshire.

Work Environment

Plymouth State University - central dining hall and retail locations around campus, including Union Grill.
