The Divisional Rental Solutions Manager will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for our rental solutions business by working with Daikin Sales/Service teams, rep partners, and customers to provide rental solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. A Day in the Life: Business Development: Continuously listen to the Rental needs of the Division and make recommendations on additional resources to continue rapid growth. Communicate available resources and progress regularly to the District Service offices. Provide resources and support to overcome growth challenges at the Districts Service offices. Project Development: Provide direct Rental Project Development and Rental Sales support to sales members throughout the Division as needed. Prepare cost estimates and prices quotations on new work, and coordinate the preparation of cost estimates on project continuation. Coordinate the development interface with project management and operations team to assure customer satisfaction. Coach and mentor additional Rental Project Developers to meet or exceed Daikin and Industry standards. Vendor Relationships: Work directly with Vendor partners to ensure best available products and consistent pricing for District offices. Identify and negotiate with addition vendors to meet or exceeds the product and training needs of our District Service offices. Training: Identify and communicate available internal and external professional development courses for all Daikin Rental Solutions team members. Promote a culture of continuous improvement for DRS personnel by challenging individuals to take on professional development training courses when available. What you will Bring: 5+ years' experience in the HVAC rental business or related.
