Depending on experience Hours: 6:30 am start time Monday Friday Overtime is required Benefits of the concrete laborer: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Disability Insurance Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Duties of the Concrete Laborer: Assist in the preparation and setup of pool construction sites Mix, pour, and spread concrete for pool foundations and structures Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces Install reinforcing materials, such as rebar or wire mesh Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements of the concrete laborer: Experience in concrete work or construction preferred Ability to operate hand and power tools Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job Basic understanding of construction safety practices Lift and carry heavy materials up to 100 lbs.
