Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients' lives. *Position Summary* Cell Lead will spend approximately 75% of the time building and inspecting final production parts. Cell Lead position will also monitor value stream products utilizing established documentation, tools, quality and production concepts in accordance with established safety procedures and in conjunction with limited supervision and guidance, to assist production operators to process and construct finished and WIP product. Cell lead will also be a point of communication for the value stream. *Principal Responsibilities* • Build and inspect production parts, approximately 75% of the workday. • Work with the Value Stream Supervisors to become an integral member of the value streams. • Verify proper manufacturing documentation is in use. Including the most current document revision level. • Assist the Value Stream Supervisor to meet production goals as defined by the production chart. • Support continuous improvement efforts with the Value Stream Supervisor. • Use applicable equipment to perform basic visual and dimensional checks. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. • Sustain and support lean manufacturing and 5S actives. • Other duties as assigned. *Education / Experience Requirements* • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution, preferred. • A minimum of 1 year of regulated medical device assembly experience, or equivalent, required. *Specialized Skills / Other Requirements* • Ability to utilize a variety of instructions in written, oral diagram or visual sample form, to process and construct acceptable finished goods and WIP product. • Ability to demonstrate team building, problem-solving and leadership skills, required. • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication. • Strong organizational skills. • Basic mathematics skills. • Ability to sit frequently, stand, walk, bend and occasionally lift.
