Job Description

The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation Lead to join our Total Rewards team. The Compensation Lead will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market trends.

There are three openings, may be aligned to different business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategies that support business objectives and drive employee engagement.

  • Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, providing recommendations for adjustments, as needed.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive salary offers and compensation packages for new hires.

  • Conduct the annual salary review process, including budget planning, salary structure adjustments, and salary increase recommendations.

  • Design and deliver training programs for managers and HR partners on compensation best practices, policies, and procedures.

  • Provide expertise and guidance on complex compensation matters, such as job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and incentive plan design.

  • Monitor legislative changes and industry trends related to compensation and make recommendations for policy updates and compliance.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to budget constraints.

  • Partner with HR Business Technology team to optimize systems and tools for efficient compensation administration and reporting.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on compensation-related matters.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • Eight plus years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration.

  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and trends.

  • Experience with compensation survey participation and analysis.

  • Proficiency in HR systems and advanced Excel skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

The selected candidate MUST be local to either Plymouth Meeting, PA or Jersey City, NJ as this is a hybrid role.

The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

Annualized Salary Range (US)

$112,200.00 - $191,100.00
