As a Sales Development Representative focused on existing business at Vagaro, you will spearhead revenue growth initiatives by identifying strategic opportunities to enhance our existing clients' experiences. Position reports to Pleasanton, CA- Onsite position

Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in Pleasanton, California. Your specific OTE, which is inclusive of base salary ($56,000-$64,000) and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and performance.

The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in Pleasanton, California is between:

$70,000—$80,000 USD

How You Will Contribute:

  • Conduct high-volume outreach to engage Vagaro customers, identify business needs and upsell relevant opportunities. This is a unique opportunity that offers SDRs the ability to gain transactional closing experience.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Vagaro's products, services, and value proposition to effectively articulate them to potential clients.

  • Present and promote additional products or services that align with clients' business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align upselling efforts, understand target accounts, coordinate outreach efforts, and strategize on the best approach for conversion.

  • Monitor and track upselling opportunities through various stages of the sales pipeline.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in Salesforce.

  • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to enhance prospecting strategies and knowledge of the target market.

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales processes, messaging, and lead generation tactics.

Who We Are Searching For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in an enterprise software or SaaS sales environment.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the beauty, wellness, and fitness industry.

  • Experience in upselling or cross-selling environments.

  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting, meeting, or exceeding targets.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
