PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Function as a community point of contact for trade partners and Construction Managers for centralized scheduling

• Monitor schedules and communicate delays to field. Work with Construction Manager and trade partners to resolve scheduling conflicts

• Provide timely support with schedule adjustments, change order approvals and other scheduling tasks

• Maintain schedule templates

• Assist in developing and updating construction releases at the community level to help drive Division goals

• Provide field training and trouble-shooting support with the online scheduling system

• Manage online Recordable system

• Manage permit and plot plan process after first Production Release

• Perform regular field audits to validate online schedule is accurate with task completions and quality is being delivered

• Create miscellaneous scheduling reports requested by Management

  REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

• Associate’s Degree preferred

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in construction

• Strong computer skills; literacy in scheduling software

• Must have a good understanding of the construction process and how the schedule tasks interact with each other

PAY RANGE:

• $34.47 - $43.07 per hour

• Hired applicant will be eligible for incentives
