Kelly Services Quality Team Lead in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Kelly Services , in partnership with Arvato in Pleasant Prairie, WI , is hiring for Quality Inspector Team Lead !

Pay:

  • $20/hour

  • Weekly paychecks

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 9am-530pm

What’s a typical day like?

  • Monitor and assign daily work to all subordinates.

  • Oversee daily operations and end of shift reports

  • Follow up on issues as needed

  • Work with local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency

  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed

  • Be flexible with shift hours as needed in 4th QTR

  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

  • Follow and maintain 7s Program and guidelines

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • a High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • SAP experience preferred, other WMS experience will be considered

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • a team player attitude and are reliable, dependable, responsible, and able to fulfill obligations

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
