JOB REQUIREMENTS: The 2nd Shift Quality Specialist develops and delivers Quality and Operations support for product industrialization and process optimization for HARIBO product manufacturing. The original and iconic HARIBO Goldbears, created in 1922, have delighted kids and grown-ups for 100 years! Reporting to the Quality Manager and located on-site at HARIBO of America\'s brand new manufacturing plant in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, the 2nd Shift Quality Specialist will also be responsible for drafting quality standards, conducting audits, evaluating production quality, advising management on ways to improve operations. This role promotes high quality standards and a culture of continuous improvement and ensures that the company\'s quality standards are consistently maintained in the product.
