With this growth, we have an opportunity for a Trust Accounting Clerk. This position is in office.
Responsibilities:
Maintains clients enrolled in the Autopay program by entering data accurately into multiple databases
Complete ACH mismatch reports and NSF reports
Review and make decisions on clients' accounts concerning overages/short payments
Post client payments and enter creditor refunds
Scanning checks or reports
Retrieve cleared check copies and forward by email / fax to creditors
Outbound calls to clients in regards to Autopay
Requirements:
High School diploma
Strong data entry skills and accuracy with numbers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize assignments based on deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
