Requirements

• Support the daily needs of sales and procurement teams.

• Ensure timely entry and accuracy of orders from third-party systems (including iTrade, Food Link, SPS, EDI, Procurant, FIS, etc.), as well as emailed purchase orders

• Maintain and provide reporting in a format to present to key customers.

• Keep updated records of pricing

• Organize customer profiles with updated addresses and contact information.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• Extremely well organized with high level of attention to detail in high pressure situations

• Engage in professional communication with customers and all levels of the organization

• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow in the position

• Prioritize, multi-task, and meet all deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience with proven business & people skills

CAPABILITIES:

• Able to navigate through complex business processes with understanding of upstream and downstream implications

• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage time to meet the needs of the business

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems through use of data and analytical thinking
