Job Summary

The VP Safety & Security is responsible for establishing and overseeing safety and security management strategies for Aimbridge. This position develops and promotes programs and procedures to assist properties with corporate and regulatory compliance reduction of worker’s compensation claims, general liability and property loss claims, safety initiatives and security management.

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees the work of a team responsible for risk identification assessment and mitigation.

• Leads the development and oversight of loss control programs safety activities.

• Defines corporate policies procedures and processes.

• Implements loss prevention strategies meant to protect the organization's assets.

• Ensures compliance with safety requirements or risk-related legislation.

• Oversees the use and continued development of loss control and loss prevention elements of the RiskPoint RMIS including build out dashboard monitoring claims integration operations alerts document collection and dissemination.

• Provides direction to the team and monitors effectiveness of programs.
